Mentoring
Integral to all our work, as we explored before, is the understanding that we all need strong, trusting, non judgemental but supportive and helping relationships, whatever age we are. We incorporate mentoring into all aspects of our work, from working with young people, to supporting the brokering of relationships in communities that are struggling with disaffection and challenging behaviours, with intergenerational groups, those working towards changes in work or life circumstances. We aim to include as many people as possible (especially those who might not otherwise get a chance) in accessing our projects and services.
Family Support
We aim to support families and the wider concept of family in working toward resolution of difficulties, improved communication and wider participation in projects and activities.
We have delivered family learning days, gigs and events from pantomime to fundraising, celebration and advocacy and in parent/carer support.
